The Texans were taking part in against an unbeaten Bengals team on the road with a mediocre beginning quarterback in Brian Hoyer and while not their number one back Arian Foster.
The odds were stacked against Houston so, Hoyer was knocked out for the remainder of the sport with a concussion. Now, the Texans required to depend on T.J. Yates, who hadn’t thrown an NFL pass since Sept. 18, 2014.
While it wasn’t pretty (5-for-11, sixty nine passing yards, one TD), Yates created one solid throw down the sideline and DeAndre Hopkins knew what to try and do from there, creating a amusing one-handed touchdown catch to assist defeat the Bengals, 10-6.
